It depends on the package and your vehicle's size and condition. A wash usually takes 1-1.5 hours, a deep interior clean takes around 2 hours, and a full detail can take several hours (3-4). We'll give you an estimate when you book.

Not necessarily. As long as we can access the car, you can go about your day. (Keys are needed. If there is any reason the detail cannot be performed, you will get a full refund and, if needed, be rescheduled.)

We can treat most stains and remove most pet hair, and a deep interior clean helps with odors. Some stains are permanent, so we'll be upfront about what's realistic.

Excessive sand or dirt means heavy buildup that takes extra time to remove, such as sand/dirt packed into the carpet, floor mats, or seat crevices. A light layer of dust or a few crumbs is covered in the regular price. If you are not sure, contact us and we will help you decide before your appointment.

A wash alone will not remove scratches, but it will usually make them less noticeable. The same goes for scratches on the interior.

Wax is a coating that gives a shiny gloss that makes the paint pop and adds a layer of protection that lasts for approximately 4-8 weeks. Ceramic sealant involves a full decontamination process with a full wash, iron remover, clay, and a spray-on ceramic sealant. This adds a durable layer of hydrophobic protection to the paint that lasts approximately 8-12 weeks and has the same wax-like effect that makes the paint shine. It also makes paint maintenance easier.

Many owners detail every few months and keep up with regular washes in between. Cars parked outside or driven daily may benefit from more frequent care.
